This Refund Policy explains our rules regarding refunds, cancellations, pricing, purchase terms, and digital delivery of products and services.
By purchasing or accessing any Yogpath program, course, app feature, or certification, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Products – No Shipping or Physical Delivery

Yogpath Wellness provides 100% digital products and online services, including:

Online courses
Yoga & wellness programs
Digital certifications
Subscription-based content
Virtual workshops
App features and modules

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, there is:

No shipping
No physical delivery
No return of goods

Digital access is delivered immediately once payment is completed.

2. No Refund Policy (Strict)

Due to the instant and digital nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Online courses
Training programs
Yoga & wellness certification programs
Meditation & breathwork programs
Monthly or yearly subscriptions
Bundles and offers
Digital content
Membership plans
App purchases

Once access is granted to your account, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

3. No Cancellation Policy

All purchases are:

Non-cancellable
Non-transferable
Non-exchangeable

Since digital content is delivered instantly, you cannot request cancellation after payment.

Auto-renewing subscriptions can be canceled for the next billing cycle, but the current cycle remains non-refundable.

4. Payment Terms (Including PayPal Rules)

4.1 Advance Payment Required

All payments must be completed in advance before accessing any Yogpath content or program.

We do not provide “pay later”, “partial access”, or “conditional access” options.

4.2 PayPal Auto-Release Condition

If you pay via PayPal, you acknowledge that:

Digital services cannot be “held” or “delayed” under PayPal’s delivery policy
There is no physical product to ship or deliver
All services are delivered immediately upon payment
Therefore, payment must be auto-released without hold

By paying through PayPal, you accept that:

“Proof of delivery” is not applicable
“Shipping timeframe” is not applicable
No claim may be opened for non-delivery because digital access is considered delivered instantly

4.3 Failed or Delayed Payments

Access will not be granted until the payment is fully credited to Yogpath Wellness.

5. Geo-Based Pricing (Regional Pricing Policy)

Yogpath uses location-based pricing, which means:

Prices may vary based on your country or region
Taxes, currency values, and regional economy may influence pricing
Promotions or offers may differ in different geographies

By signing up or purchasing any program, you acknowledge and agree that:

Pricing may not be identical in all countries
Your access price is determined by your geo-location at the time of purchase
Price differences between regions are normal and acceptable
You cannot claim compensation or refund for pricing differences

6. Instant Digital Access – Completion of Service Delivery

Once you complete payment:

Your account is automatically activated
Your subscription becomes active immediately
Access to the purchased course or program is granted instantly

This constitutes full and final delivery of the service.

No further physical delivery or manual action is required.

7. Technical Issues Exception (Limited)

Refunds are only considered in the rare event of:

A verified duplicate payment
A major technical error preventing access for more than 72 hours
And only if the issue is confirmed by Yogpath’s technical team
And the request is made within 48 hours of payment

Beyond this, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

8. Misuse, Account Sharing, or Policy Violations

Refunds are not provided for:

Account misuse
Shared or leaked login credentials
Violations of Terms & Conditions
Completion of course content
Failure to complete a course
Change of plans or personal reasons
Mistaken purchases

Any violation may result in account suspension without refund.

9. External Certification Fees (Not Included)

If you participate in certification programs linked with external bodies such as:

Yoga Alliance
Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY)
International Yoga authorities

Please note:

Their fees are NOT included in Yogpath program prices
These charges are non-refundable and paid directly to external entities
Yogpath is not responsible for their approval, timelines, or policies
