Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions, billing, renewals, access rights, pricing, and usage terms apply to all Yogpath Wellness programs, courses, digital offerings, and certifications (“Services”).
By purchasing or using any subscription, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of Subscription-Based Services

All Yogpath Wellness offerings are delivered through:

  • Digital courses

  • Online training programs

  • Yoga & wellness sessions

  • Certification pathways

  • Self-paced learning modules

  • App-based content

No physical goods are shipped.

A subscription grants time-limited digital access to specific content or services.

2. No Lifetime Access (Strict Clause)

Yogpath Wellness does not offer lifetime access for any program or content.

If any program, bundle, or dashboard page shows “lifetime access” due to a technical glitch, it must be understood that:

  • It is NOT lifetime access, and

  • The maximum validity is 1 year, unless a different duration is explicitly stated at the time of purchase

This applies to:

  • Paid courses

  • Free bundled bonuses

  • Recorded video libraries

  • Certification programs

  • Yoga, wellness, or meditation modules

Access is always limited to time-based subscription periods.

3. Subscription Activation

Your subscription becomes active when:

  • Payment is completed

  • The system automatically verifies the transaction

  • Account access is granted through email or in-app updates

Activation of service is considered full delivery of digital content.

4. Subscription Duration

Every subscription or program has a clearly defined validity period:

  • Monthly plans

  • Quarterly plans

  • Semi-annual or annual plans

  • Program-specific duration (e.g., 90 days, 180 days, 365 days)

  • Certification-specific learning timeframes

Access ends automatically when the subscription expires.

After expiry:

  • You cannot access course videos, documents, assessments, or certificates

  • Renewal is required to regain access

5. Auto-Renewal & Billing Cycles

Some subscription plans may include auto-renewal, depending on the platform or payment gateway you use.

When auto-renewal is active:

  • Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle

  • You will be notified via email or dashboard (where applicable)

  • You may disable auto-renewal at any time for the next cycle

Auto-renew payments are also non-refundable once processed.

6. Payment Terms & PayPal Policy

6.1 Advance Payment Required

All subscriptions require full advance payment.
Access will only be granted after the payment is successfully processed.

6.2 PayPal Users

For PayPal transactions:

  • Digital subscriptions are not subject to shipping or delivery

  • PayPal “delivery proof” or “shipping confirmation” is not applicable

  • Payments must be auto-released as services are instantly delivered

  • No PayPal claim can be opened for “item not received,” since digital access is granted immediately

By purchasing a subscription through PayPal, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

7. Geo-Based Pricing (Regional Pricing Policy)

Yogpath Wellness uses location-based pricing.
Subscription prices may vary depending on:

  • Country

  • Currency rates

  • Local tax rules

  • Regional economic differences

  • Local promotions or discounts

Before subscribing, you accept that:

  • Pricing may differ by region

  • Prices may change automatically based on your location

  • Price differences are normal and not grounds for refunds or disputes

8. No Cancellation After Activation

Subscriptions cannot be canceled after they are activated because:

  • Digital content is immediately accessible

  • Backend verification and access allocation occur instantly

You may disable auto-renewal for future cycles, but:

  • The current cycle remains active

  • No refunds are issued for unused or partially used periods

9. Non-Refundable Purchases

All subscriptions, programs, and digital content are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly/annual subscription plans

  • Course bundles

  • Certification programs

  • Yoga & meditation training

  • App purchases

  • Special promotions or discounted plans

Exceptions apply only to duplicate payments or verified technical issues.

10. Access Restrictions & Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Share login credentials

  • Download or redistribute course materials

  • Sell or transfer access to others

  • Use Yogpath content commercially without permission

Violation may result in account suspension without refund.

After subscription expiry, access to all materials is automatically revoked.

11. Certification Programs & Validity

Certification programs may require:

  • Completion of modules

  • Passing assessments

  • Submitting assignments

  • Participating in live sessions

  • Identity verification

Certificates are issued only after completion and remain valid as per program rules.

External Certification Fees

Fees charged by:

  • Yoga Alliance

  • Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY)

  • Other wellness certification bodies

are NOT included in Yogpath subscription or course fees, and must be paid separately.

12. Modification of Services

Yogpath may:

  • Change course content

  • Update programs

  • Remove outdated modules

  • Modify features

  • Adjust pricing or subscription policies

Such modifications do not qualify for refunds.

13. Technical Issues & Support

If you face any access-related issues:

  • Contact support within 48 hours of detection

  • Provide screenshots or transaction details

Valid technical issues will be resolved promptly, but refunds are not applicable.

14. Termination by Yogpath

Your subscription may be suspended or terminated if:

  • You violate any terms

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • You misuse certification programs

  • Unauthorized sharing or copying occurs

Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
