We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

3. Subscription & Access Terms

3.1 No Lifetime Access – Strict Clause

Yogpath Wellness does not offer lifetime access to any program, certification, or course.

If any program, bundle, or page displays “Lifetime Access” due to technical error, it must be understood that:

  • Access is not lifetime, and

  • The maximum access period is 1 year,
    or

  • As clearly specified at the time of purchase.

This applies to:

  • Yoga courses

  • Wellness programs

  • Digital bundles

  • Certification training

  • Recorded content

  • App-based access

3.2 Subscription Validity

Your subscription becomes active immediately after payment and remains valid until the end of the subscribed period.

Once expired:

  • Access automatically stops

  • Renewal is required to continue access

  • Yogpath is not responsible for data/content lost after expiry

3.3 Subscription Changes

Yogpath may modify, update, remove, or add content, features, or modules at any time to improve quality, ensure compliance, or upgrade programs.

No user is entitled to permanent access to any version of past content.

4. Course Types & Certifications

4.1 Basic Practice Courses

These include:

  • Yoga for daily practice

  • Meditation

  • Breathwork

  • Stretching

  • Wellness routines

These are educational and not certification programs unless clearly labelled.

4.2 Professional Certification Programs

Yogpath offers various certification-based programs including:

  • Yoga Teacher Training

  • Meditation Coaching

  • Breathwork Instructor

  • Wellness Coach Certifications

Completion requirements include:

  1. Completing all course modules

  2. Passing tests/assessments

  3. Submitting identity verification (if required)

  4. Completing mandatory practice hours

  5. Passing instructor evaluation (if applicable)

4.3 Certificate Issuance

Certificates are:

  • Issued digitally

  • Non-transferable

  • Only awarded upon successful completion

  • Revocable if fraud/misrepresentation is detected

4.4 External Certification Fees (NOT Included)

Fees charged by third-party bodies such as:

  • Yoga Alliance

  • Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY)

  • Any International Yoga or Wellness Body

are NOT included in Yogpath program fees.

Students must pay external certification charges separately.

5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

5.1 Pricing

All prices listed are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are handled by secure third-party gateways.
We do not store payment instrument details.

5.3 Taxes

Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, EU taxes) may be added based on your region.

6. Refunds, Cancellation & Non-Refundable Policy

6.1 Digital Products are Non-Refundable

All digital courses, subscriptions, and certification programs are non-refundable once purchased because:

  • Digital content is instantly accessible

  • Certification modules cannot be reversed

  • Administrative & verification processes begin immediately

6.2 No Refund for Early Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription early:

  • No partial refund will be issued

  • Access continues until the end of the paid term

6.3 Exceptions (Strictly Limited)

Refunds may be considered ONLY if:

  • You were charged twice due to a gateway error

  • You faced a technical issue preventing access for more than 72 hours

  • The issue is verified by Yogpath support

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Copy or redistribute course material

  • Share login credentials

  • Record, download, or upload Yogpath content without permission

  • Misuse certificates or falsify documents

  • Use Yogpath content for commercial teaching unless licensed

Violation may result in account suspension without a refund.

8. Health Disclaimer

  • Yoga, wellness, meditation, and exercise programs involve physical activity.

  • You agree to practice with reasonable care and consult a physician if you have medical conditions.

  • Yogpath is not responsible for injuries, discomfort, or health outcomes during or after practice.

By participating, you acknowledge you are physically and mentally capable.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided by Yogpath, including:

  • Videos

  • PDFs

  • Text content

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Digital media

  • Assessments

are owned by Yogpath Wellness.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell content without written permission.

10. Data Protection & Compliance

Yogpath complies with:

  • GDPR (EU)

  • India DPDP Act (2023)

  • Other international privacy standards

Your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key principles include:

No refunds will be provided upon termination due to violation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Yogpath Wellness is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Health injuries

  • Platform interruptions

  • Technical issues

  • Incorrect practice outcomes

  • Damages caused by misuse of content

  • External certification decisions

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 6 months.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates take effect when posted on the website.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

  • India, where Yogpath Wellness is headquartered
