Chronic Pain

Chronic Pain

Chronic pain refers to persistent pain that lasts for an extended period, typically more than three to six months. It can result from various underlying conditions, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, nerve damage, or injuries. Chronic pain significantly impacts an individual's daily life, causing physical discomfort, limiting mobility, and affecting mental well-being. While medical treatments are available to manage chronic pain, complementary approaches like yoga can offer additional benefits in reducing pain, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall quality of life.
